My son has been taking lessons here for several years and it's always been a very pleasant experience. The school is owned by a professional composer and conductor and his wife who is a pro pianist. They really know what they're doing and the other teaching staff has always been great as well. Highly recommended for all ages.

Southern California Piano Academy have great teachers who also happens to be professional musicians. Teachers George and Sarah have great techniques and they are very patient with my three daughters during each of their own lesson time. The school offers monthly make up class and semi-annual recitals which is great for kids to build their confidence and to display their learned piano skills set. Definitely a good solid foundation for anyone that wants to learn to play the piano.

I've been taking lessons with Sarah for over a year now and she's been great. I've often felt insecure about taking piano lessons as an adult, but in the time I've been working with Sarah at SoCal Piano Academy my love for playing the piano has grown exponentially. She's very knowledgeable and takes the time to emphasize the basics. There's no doubt in my mind that I will be continuing to play the piano for a very long time!

Besides being amazing teachers in their own right, Laurie and Emmanuel staff their piano academy with consistently great instructors. Our son, Zach, has autism and has been taking lessons primarily with George over the last 6-7 years. He has been caring, patient, and persistent in teaching Zach. Often, this has meant thinking out of the box and approaching lessons in less traditional ways. It certainly takes a special teacher to do that. Whenever we have had other teachers sub, they have been kind and creative as well. We are ever grateful, and cannot recommend So Cal Piano Academy enough!
