Dont waste your time coming here. They are unrealizable and the customer service needs a lot of improvement. Took my w-2s in to get my taxes done , they gave me a 5 day turn around , after the 5th day we called to see if there was any update and all we got was a rude receptionist saying shell look into and get back to us. Let 2 days go by and called again, same deal, whats your name? Well look into it and give you a call back . This happened for 3 1/2 weeks of calling and getting the same answer every time. Worst customer service Ive received. On top of that the last straw was calling and them saying we owed $900 because there were dependents I was filing for. What?! I have no kids and always file 0 year round. And even then they said they were going to look into it. Finally after weeks of going back and forth calling and calling when I say I want to come in and pick up my documents they are working on them. First and last time I ever step foot in that place .

Horrible wait times and was not able to get my taxes done. The owner told me she would do my taxes in about 2 to 3 hours and it took longer than 2 days to get a response from her which only came from me attempting to contact. Do not come here to do taxes if you want great customer service and your taxes done on time.
