Let me start off with i hardly write any reviews but i need to warn people of this place. This place is super unprofessional. Everyones tax documents are on a pile on he floor. Once you get your taxes back your refund is very low. I was told it would only take 1 week but it took way longer. When you call for updates you get told somone will call you back and they never do. You need to call everyday if you want them to work on it. They don't work regular business hours. It seems like they only have 1 tax person and 2 people helping. If you call before 4pm good luck reaching anyone. I would recommend going anywhere even if you do them you will probably do a better job.

Client service is the worst. I provided my documents at the end of Feb. When April came around they were not completed. I followed up almost every week no response. She was always on a call, sick or had a family emergency. I didnt find out my taxes were not completed until I went to the office and even then it took a while to receive service. Martha assisted me because Maggie was supposedly sick and then she tells me that her fee is double which I believe she should have explained before even attempting to do my taxes. On top of making me wait she was on her phone texting or yelling across the office to help the other clients. Disorganized to say the least. They really get away with their behavior when they know that Spanish speaking clients really depend on their services. SMH Overall unprofessional and mediocre but not much to expect either. My fault for giving your business a chance.

DO NOT COME HERE ! These people are so unorganized. They will lose your documents, they do not provide you with updates on your taxes . these people do not answer the phone . They lack professionalism and customer service . If you value your time , doing your taxes properly. Go somewhere else . You will make a big mistake coming here .
