The internet goes out at least every other month. I have paid for an upgraded router etc. The only reason they are in business is because there is nobody else other than oddball options like Hughes net. Its hard not to be irritated by expensive internet with unreliable access.

We will be switching the SECOND another viable internet provider is available up here. Constantly dropped connection. Tech came out to fix the issue, said they found a problem and fixed it but still having the same problems. I have a running log of all the times the internet is dropped. We pay about $95/month and the speed is SO SLOW. They said they upgraded our router (for which we were charged for) but our problems got even worse after that. We have to turn the Wi-Fi off on all the other devices to use it on our computers. Its even slower if you try to use the Wi-Fi during high use times. Its ridiculous what poor quality service ponderosa provides for these absurd prices.

This service is garbage. I pay $145 per month for internet and requires me having a land-line. This service works better if you are 2 months late. But if you pay on time month after month, the service is slow and sometimes doesn't work. This service is almost as bad as Viasat. Ponderosa is better off selling to Xfinity, then it would be quality Internet for way better price. ITS AS BAD AS OLD SCHOOL DIAL UP. On the 5th, tech came out was very helpful. Customer service, very helpful. But it still doesn't fix the problem. I want to know why, when we have 2 PS4's and streaming a video on our TV wifi is fine, but, when all we have is 1 or 2 phones that is using wifi, it sucks. Makes no sense. Thank you for your attempt at fixing the problem, but still terrible
