While I had a great experience during the tour and initial application with a wonderful leasing agent, this has been the most absurd experience since we deceided to stay in our apartment in San Francisco. We paid the application fee and the holding deposit of $300.00. We decided not to move forward as the rent and all of the additional added fees were on par with San Francisco rates. We decided not to move forward and have now been waiting for well OVER two months to get the $300.00 deposit back. The property manger continues to say that we sent it.... yet nothing have EVER arrived. This is completely unacceptable, for you to hold onto my money for this long. DO NOT expect this business to return your money should you decide not to move forward. Simply put I will NEVER consider another Hanover property due to this terrible experience. Furthermore, if I do not have more funds back within the next 5 days, I will post a negative review EVERYWHERE that I can until you give me back my money.
