I applied to this community and spoke to Ming. My app was denied due to credit which is fine but never gave me a refund for the deposit. I called and emailed many times but received closed links. I’ve been ignored since . I still have yet to reach the actual property manager . I don’t get why if I debit my money to you why do I have to receive it back differently.I’m still waiting on my money from Aug 04/2021

T was amazing and helpful during our tour. My man needs a raise for all the BS he normally has to deal with. Super professional and kind and good to see some Brooklyn representation!

The agent there was very unwelcoming. His reaction to see us was "oh why are these people here", they were hesitant to standup from their chair and even open the door and talk to us. And they have "walk-ins welcome" on their wall. Strange. They need to train their agents to Respect customers and be empathetic

The staff was very friendly and professional! I showed up without an appointment and the team, Tristian and Meng, were able to assist and answer all my questions. And most importantly was able to work with me and my budget! Looking forward to joint the Domain community! Thanks again team, highly recommended!

This review reflects the house tour I received from leasing agent Tristan Dickey who was both very gracious and professional working with me to make a mutually agreeable deal. On our walk Tristan greeted every tenant we passed by with a friendly hello making for a positive vibe all around. Thanks Tristan for your time introducing me to the Domain community.
