I am so glad that I talked to the right person. Ravi called me on time to assess the requirement (free consultation) and explained to me in detail for all my questions. In fact, he went to an extra step of verifying my property and title to guide me appropriately. Also, upfront he mentioned his very nominal fees for each document.
