Mrs.Banks you did nothing in my case. The $800.00 was for you to listen for 15 min and to go to my court date half an hour late , sit for 10 min and DO NOTHING why did I pay $800.00 for? What did YOU SO CALL HELP ME WITH? Show me the value of your work because you haven't done anything. You didn't even listen to my case or represent me correctly. Shame on me for not reporting you and shame on me for trusting you. P.S. I'm not the only person who you have shamefully taken advantage of there a post 19 days ago of your workmanship being reported so how about you worry about them before you worry about me. I hope people read the reviews before dealing with your office

I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with Sandra Banks. She does absolutely nothing helpful. She talks about all the different cases she's helped and then comes to court unprepared and sloppy. At one point she asked me what questions she was suppose to ask a witness. My case was pretty easy. It was clear as day that the restraining order against me was done out of spite. I got supervised visits  that I'm now stuck with because my sons mother told the court there was an open CPS investigation. A simple call to child protective services would've proven that was untrue but she did nothing but set up visits with an even more incompetent therapist. I had to make her tell the judge that my child's mother was planning on moving out of state so that she would need my permission to do so. Sandra barely wanted to do that. On the my last court appearance with her she showed with with a wrinkled suit and walking on the back of her shoes. Very unprofessional. She told me that my sons mother was going to get on the stand and lie and she didn't know how she was going to defend me so I should just take the deal that her lawyer was offering. She then agreed to what ever was said by the lawyer and began to get frustrated with me when I asked her to negotiate things in my favor. At that point she began to insult my child and said he was a soft kid that was manipulated by his mother. Later that evening she emailed me and said she knew I didn't get what I wanted in court but this legal process is a slow game and I would just need to sit back and endure the process. I would've done better representing myself. Once we got her off of the case things started to a turn for the better because I got someone more competent to represent me. If you're having family law issues I would recommend you Rosario Dawson. She is exactly what you need if you're innocent. Because of Sandra Banks I'm still dealing with this case 4 years later. I plan on filing a complaint with the bar against her.

4 years have gone by and I am still I'm unable to so much as talk to my kid.  Your agreement to her atty's requests across the board in my absence has labeled me , without any trial or conviction, a miscreant in the eyes of every judge I have seen since.   I have spent my life's savings trying to overcome the damage you did and to simply see my child.  Without a single concession from the court.  Yes I did fulfill every humiliating mandate forced upon me by the courts.   I did it immediately years ago.  Still they won't give an inch.  I'm missing my son growing up. Given your suggestion, it could easily be 5 years in total I will miss.  When i do see him, I will be a penniless stranger.You are in my view absolutely inept and conniving.  I believe you colluded with my ex-Wife's lawyers.  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE WITH A PURPORTED PROFESSIONAL.

OMG! I owe Sandra my life!!! Without going into details let's just say she took me from this fog I've been in for a year. My life is now mine again. She was patient, worked tirelessly and clearly did a ton of research to help my case. In the end we won. She's the absolute best! Let's hope I never need her services again however lol
