Friendly family owned business, excellent service and very fair price for the area. Alteration is great, the lady took time to explain what works on what garment. They dont have a tip jar or tip screen like all stores nowadays, yet so deserving!

I have been a customer of Rockridge Cleaners for many years now, I have never had any issues until recently. I brought in a shirt that only had stains on the inside of the collar from normal use. When I picked up my shirt, it had stains on the inside and outside that werent there when I dropped it off. Black noticeable stains. It was resent to get cleaned and came back and it was still dirty. The owners of this establishment are adamant that they did not damage my shirt when I know they did. I need them to either fix my shirt or replace it.
Edit: they didnt do either
