Steve and his team were amazing. Being I had no clue how to handle the situation I was in, they made the process stress-free. Cristina and Zayra (forgive me if Im forgetting someone) were diligent and punctual when I had questions or I needed them to reach out and handle something. Steve, Steve is like the coach in your corner who will guide you to a win, and fight for you to get what you deserve. I could tell he loves what he does by his ENTHUSIASM and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the workers comp process. If you want your WC case to be stressful and confusing, dont use FM. BUT if you want the entire process to run like a hot knife through butter I cannot recommend Franco Munoz enough! Thank you!
