If you're looking for an expert trust and estate attorney to help you with preparing the trust or advice on a trust you may already have, look no further. He's one of the few attorneys in the East Bay that  specializes in trusts, and in particular, the irrevocable trust, with which he helped us enormously. That is the kind of trust that can shield your assets in case you need to go into a nursing home or need care in your own home for that matter. That's what my mother had and he helped us greatly with that. In addition, he gives a half an hour free consultation to understand your problem thoroughly, which we really appreciated. We scheduled a free virtual consultation with Gary via Zoom recently regarding Elder Law and estate planning.  Gary was very responsive in checking in up front about our needs. On the zoom call, we went through our situation and Gary was about to advise us on our situation and options and California laws that helped us plan our next steps.
