I will never go to a place again that uses this company for their billing. I overpaid this company after I had an MRI. They billed me once and I paid the bill, and they sent me another bill and I paid it. It was not that much money, but I could not get them to refund my money. I had hell with them. If they keep everyone's money that does this, they get a bunch of money. I have called for three months and they were so rude and told me that they could not send me a refund because the doctor that I went to had to sign off on it. I asked them why because I did not pay the doctor but I paid them. They gave me the run around for three months. Finally I called the billing office of my doctor. She told me to call and talk with a supervisor. She was very rude. Her name was Tammy and she did not do anything either. I asked for their main office phone number and she gave me the women's name in charge, but it took me asking her five times for their phone number and she kept saying wel I gave you the women's name. I told her that I know she gave me the women's name but not the phone number. I called the main office and gave them a peace of my mind. I am older but I keep up with my bills, but when my Dad was alive he would have just paid it twice no matter if it was $700 or $800 dollars and never even realized that he had overpaid. I bet they keep a bunch of people's money this way. THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SEND ME A REFUND UNTIL I RAISED HELL, AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT YET. If I do not get it, I am calling Better Business Bureau and the Attorney's General Office. I am on Social Security and a fixed income and that it is my money and I deserve it back. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THIS ANY DOCTOR THAT BILLS WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WILL ASK THEM BEFORE I USE A DOCTOR THAT BILLS WITH THIS COMPANY. IF THEY DO, I WILL PICK ANOTHER DOCTOR
