Element Home Solutions upgraded our attic and crawlspace insulation, and it had to be done in two installments. They were timely, courteous, responsive and the work was excellent. We especially enjoyed hearing one of the workers singing while working under the house! After the work was done they did a wonderful job cleaning out the area, ensuring against access by rodents and laying traps for us just to be sure. So far no evidence of any encroachment. We would definitely recommend working with them.

They installed tons of insulation for a great price, and lined up the inspection needed to get the BayRen rebate. Very professional team, would definitely use again for future projects.

Above and Beyond Estimates: My journey began with Ernest, who personally visited my home twice to provide a comprehensive estimate. Unlike other companies who throw out numbers quickly, Ernest took the time to truly understand my needs. He explained every option, both feasible and unrealistic, and answered every question thoroughly. His knowledge and dedication were evident, and I never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. Seamless Process: What impressed me further was their streamlined process. Each step, from initial contact to post-installation follow-up, was clearly communicated and well-organized. The office staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing all my inquiries promptly and clearly. The installation day exceeded expectations. The crew arrived on time, fully prepared, and organized. They worked meticulously, respecting the space and keeping everything clean. Element did a fantastic job during the sales process, the planning, the job, and coordinating the testing and inspections. Eduardo was my rep, and not only was he a great consultant for a pretty complex job, he was also the on-site project lead during the install getting his hands dirty along with the rest of the crew. There's a saying that you can have good, fast, or cheap...pick two. Element was very good and very fast. They weren't the cheapest estimate I received, but they were very thorough throughout the process, and ultimately completed a pretty complex job of insulation removal, replacement, installing two heat pumps and air handlers, electrical, and all new ductwork on two floors in just 2.5 days. Eduardo spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions over the course of 1-2 months before I decided to go forward, ultimately spending nearly 2hrs in the later stage of the sales process building a detailed project plan with me throughout the house. During the install a huge crew showed up and banged everything out super fast with almost no mess after the job beyond what was pre-planned for. As they say, you get what you pay for, and Element was solid end to end.
