Just got off the phone with Adam (sales). I learned he attempted to add low Jack and other items into my lease payment without my knowledge. Stay away from this dealer and especially Adam.

Visited location looking for a new vehicle, no one on floor helped me or acknowledge me while I walked around. Even when I was heading out, not a soul cared. Bought a honda from San Leandro Honda the next morning instead.

PAIGE and YERA are literally the best hands down! Ohhh and FITO, Fito called when I was looking into trading my car in.. his demeanor and customer service made me feel very welcome which is what led me to call back a few weeks later when I decided to make the jump. He helped me get in contact with PAIGE. PAIGE made it happen from start to finish. Shes so welcoming and understanding. She gave my daughter stuff to color with which was awesome! YERA made sure I got approved for the vehicle I wanted.. she was quick and also very helpful. She communicated everything with me in a way I could understand, she was patient and saw everything through until I was out of the building with my vehicle. 10/10 recommend Honda of Oakland. My process from start to finish toook about 2 hours which is awesome compared to other dealerships. THANK YOU HONDA OF OAKLAND

My nine year old son and I just finished buying a 2025 Honda Pilot for mom's birthday, and I'd just like to thank our salesperson, Robert, and the entire staff, for making a slightly-scary big-ticket purchase into an incredibly fun experience for my son and me. Zero-pressure on the showroom floor. Every fact about the vehicle and the service warranty was explained. All of my many (many) questions were answered patiently and carefully. All financing options were spelled out to us in clear and concise detail. We were treated like honored guests, and my son was even allowed to sit in (and touch!) some very cool sportscars while dad did the paperwork on the new SUV. Overall experience at this dealership was 5/5. We had so much fun. I absolutely recommend Honda of Oakland for families with kids!
