        Great friendly staff. Parking was well lit and lobby was clean. Room had a great view and everything worked and was clean. Rooms: Clean and large. Plan on bringing the family next time. Safety: Parking lot was well lit and staff was well attentive. Walkability: Hotel sits on an inlet to San Francisco Bay. Room offers a great view of the bay and the walkway on the shore past right by.

        I'm in love with this place. Staff is friendly. Rooms are updated and comfortable. We have a water facing room and it's quiet and beautiful. Walkability: Walking path along the waterfront and looking like a few restaurants within walking distance too

        Everything was great. The only negative was the homeless encampments across the freeway. And just an unsafe feeling even though there was security in the parking lot all night. You knew you had to keep an eye on your surroundings. Was told two remove everything from our vehicle for safe keeping. Our room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and enjoyable all the standard elements. The view of the water inlet was awesome.

        Wow!!!! This hotel was much much better than I even expected! We got a queen balcony with water view room and we were extremely happy! I drove from Oregon to get a tattoo from a local artist (Natalia at Inkz n Thangz!!) it went longer than expected so we didnt check in until 11:55 pm. The young lady at the front desk was funny and super nice!!!(wish I had gotten her name. Night shift on 3/8/24) she really deserves to be praised for professionalism. The room was amazing!! From the bathtub to the bed, it was wonderful!!! If you have never been to Oakland this is a good place to start. We felt safe and really enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was nice and being able to walk along the water after breakfast was just lovely! We will Definitely be back. Rooms: They are great!!! Clean and very nice Safety: Security is on location. Walkability: Make sure to walk along the water in the morning!!!! Food & drinks: Door dash works great!! There is a restaurant next door if you want to though Noteworthy details: The water view rooms are worth it!! Plus the balcony
