Our team consists of individuals who are dependable and consistent, and they rely on the consistency of work from us. Late cancellations pose a challenge to this reliability.If providing more than 48 hours' notice of a change is not feasible for you, we do offer occasional cleanings as an alternative option. However, please note that rates for such bookings are higher and subject to availability. It's important to consider that being inconsistent and cancelling with short notice is unfair to our hardworking staff, who rely on their scheduled work.We are proud to be one of the few cleaning companies with very low employee turnover rates. This is largely due to our commitment to taking care of our staff, ensuring they have competitive and dependable income along with a consistent work schedule. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
