        I had a spare key made for my backyard gate. The key works fine. Nothing special about the key so I thought the $11.00 price was high. The machine was in the store where I grocery shop so it did save me a trip to the hardware store.

        I bought multiple copies, thinking that it would work. None worked. I went to a locksmith (Reed Bros in San Leandro) and they made me a copy without problems.
