Nation's Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies

The food was horrible and the cashier was even worse! I came in on Sunday to get a burger before heading to the movie theater. Upon arrival the smell of wet dog slaps me in the face. I place my order and sit down. The tables were filthy and need to be wiped down. The wait was about 30 minutes and I get my food. The burger looks decent but the fries have obviously been precooked. They are very dark and had a weird taste. The burger was a little off because it also seemed to me precooked and heated up upon placing my order. I was very disappointed because I have been eating at Nations for years and the burger were the best in the area. I guess I will find another place to eat since they are lacking in flavor, taste and quality.

Nation's is an Eastbay tradition. This location usually has incredible food and friendly, personable staff. It can get pretty loud on Fridays at 1:30 am, but rarely gets hairy. They keep it clean ALL the time. I mean, they really stay on top of it. My only complaint would be that on very rare occasions, they seem unnecessarily slow.
