Really really great at moving. However, if you want storage you need to be clear that it IS NOT a storage unit. Your stuff is in a box it takes a forklift to get out and they charge you to get it and only can schedule during pretty inconvenient times. Probably great if you just need them to hold your stuff and then move it some where later.

This is my second time working with West Coast. Every employee Ive dealt with has been professional, courteous and helpful. I give the movers JP, Jr & Gustavo an A+. They took extra care in handling all my belongings. They were prompt, fast and the best movers Ive ever had. Thank you guys for going above & beyond and giving great customer service. Its hard to find these days!

They showed up on time and they got most of it done but not all. I had done a video call where I showed all of the house and the outside items. The movers complained "they aren't supposed to move this much stuff". They brought too small of a truck so they had to make 2 trips( local move, new house only 10 min from old house) they scraped the new house and my vanity. They taped up our grill and now it's ruined. Only 1 out of 3 of the movers spoke English so it was hard to communicate. We were told we would have 5 wardrobe boxes to borrow and we got 3 we had to dig out as they started packing our things on top of them. The 3 stars is for showing up on time, getting most of it done, and I know it's hard work but would likely go with someone else next time.
