Anhi was very helpful for my case. When I first called, she listened to what happened and my concerns. Immediately she knew if it was a case they could accept and help me with. She was very communicative and quickly responsive to my emails. It took a little over a year to close my case. However, that was because I needed treatment and there was pushback from the other person's insurance that had hit me. But Anhi was persistent in getting me what I deserved for my claim. And ultimately, we came to a settlement we all agreed on which I was satisfied with. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

I was involved in a bad accident that left my car destroyed and medical bills piling up. I decided to contact the offices of Ann Phoong to see if I could get someone reputable and experienced to represent me. They were extremely up front and responsive, very thorough and even covered a portion of my medical expenses until my settlement was agreed upon, so as to not get me sent to collections. My case manager Elizabeth Montalvo was very professional and even though my settlement took a long time, she constantly updated me with information and insight about the latest developments between negotiation and final acceptance.
