Mynd is a scamming property! Whatever you do, DO NOT interact with them and their properties. They lack communication and not just days of non-communication but weeks! No one ever has an answer and always we will give a call back and then never does. They will waste your time and money! This is highly unfortunate, especially when you are in a position where time and money cannot be lost. They are an awful company and I regret not reading the reviews beforehand.

Our refrigerator was not working properly, sending the model number to Oscar he answer promptly and decide to replace with the new one since that refrigerator is very old 1999. He suggest to buy the chest cooler and will reimburse the expenses. Nice working with Oscar

Incredibly disappointed with them. Property sat vacant for 8 months, zero communication or action. Neglect led to property deterioration and ignored tenant concerns. Avoid at all costs. First and foremost, the lack of proactive communication from the property manager is utterly disheartening. Despite assurances of prompt attention to leasing vacancies, there has been a complete absence of good outreach or marketing effort. There is a weekly email that gets sent out weekly from an automated system showing a communication happened, when the communication is meaningless. Not a single call or email has been received to discuss potential strategies for attracting new tenants or addressing any concerns that may be deterring potential lessees. This radio silence is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a blatant disregard for the responsibilities entrusted to a property management entity.
