It was an awesome experience from the beginning. My wife and I worked with Eric Wong and we couldn't be happier. Eric was attentive to our needs, wants, and wishes for our home. He understood that we did not have a timeline for purchasing our home and was NEVER pushy or "tried to make a sale". We had weird times that we were both available to see the home and he made it work for us - even late at night or early in the morning. He allowed my wife and I to discuss the home without interrupting our thoughts and then only provided information and his honest opinion after we asked for it. I can go on and talk about what a great experience we had with Eric but I cannot write more because I am bad at writing. Thank you Eric for helping us buy our home! We appreciate your attention to detail!

Cannot recommend this group anymore! We worked with David Gunderman 10 years ago and purchased our first home in Oakland. Great experience and so very easy to work with. 7 months ago we purchased another home and worked with Alison Luce, part of The Gunderman Group, this time around and I must say she is excellent. Cannot say enough good things about her. From being patient with us during the pandemic when we thought we may purchase, to working quickly to make this last purchase happen, she was with us every single step of the way. Appreciate her and David so much in terms of selling our initial house as well. This is THE team to work with!

Eric Wong is our realtor and he is definitely a 5/5 stars agent. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. He walked us through the entire home buying process, always be there answering our questions (a lot of questions), and very understanding. He is great overall, I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy/sell your house.

We had the absolute best home buying experience you could ask for working with Rachel Saunders at the Gunderman Group. It was clear to us almost immediately that Rachel was extremely well-versed in real estate, well connected, and passionate about her work. We felt very confident working with her, and she helped us find and offer on our dream home within a week. Knowing how competitive this market is, we couldn't believe we closed on the first home we offered on. Rachel kept the process as low stress as possible, and we relied on her instinct and strategy throughout the process. Couldn't recommend more strongly! In fact, only weeks later, we referred our friends to Rachel and they very quickly closed on their own home.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the process and really wanted to work with an agent who understood that this was not only a big financial decision, but also a significant life decision for me as I put down roots for the next chapter of my life. I'm so thankful that I was referred to Gail Lillian by friends who worked with her previously as buyers. Not only was Gail extremely communicative, but I always felt like she went above and beyond in the time and effort she put forth, whether it be touring homes every week or doing additional research I hadn't even thought of. Her empathetic touch also made this very daunting process a lot less intimidating and I never questioned that she was acting in my best interest. And she was expertly effective in handling negotiations/making the right offer! I am so grateful that I was lucky enough to find the best agent as my first and cannot recommend her enough.
