We heard about Brenda from a mutual friend who noted she was an expert in the Piedmont market and she delivered! A home came on the market that another realtor said we had no shot at, however Brenda had greater knowledge and knew we could get it. She helped us craft our offer, which was unique because we were using a VA loan. Our offer was accepted just in time, as the sellers received higher offers after we were under contract. We were non-standard buyers with our loan and from out of town. We bought the home sight unseen, and Brenda stayed on top of the process through closing. We closed on time, with no issues and are happy new Piedmont residents. Thanks Brenda!
