My husband and I were first-time home buyers and we were looking for someone with lots of experience and patience. We were really nervous about the process and did not know where to begin. After interviewing multiple agents, we came across Jose on Yelp. Right from the first phone call, he made feel at ease and educated us on the home buying process. He gave us resources and helped us figure out what type of home we wanted. At no point did he pressure us and always made himself available to show us homes. He shared his expertise and taught us how to be smart home shoppers. When we were ready to make an offer, we were bidding against another couple and Jose helped us negotiate a great price. The agent selling the home we purchased was nasty, unprofessional, and always late on deadlines. Jose handled her lack of professionalism with grace and really advocated for us to get the home. On August 2020, we purchased a beautiful townhome in Fremont. We are really happy with our purchase and could not have done it without him.
