Oh, my goodness!!!! Jonathan is brilliant!!! I came to Jonathan Bornstein in 2019, entranced, because I had heard that he had gone overboard for one of his clients. I thought, "This is an attorney I want on my side!" My 92-year-old Father-in-Law was being swindled by his tenants, who are scam artists and criminals. Attorney Bornstein began giving me advice on how to stop them legally. He never even asked for money. He continued to give me advice, until, I am sure, to his surprise, I began paying. Soon, I began to pay what he asked. Five years later, I even paid more than he asked. I will never be able to pay what he deserves. He deserves so much more. He thinks outside the box! I watched him use his research and precedents to dispose of learned counsel in court, right before my eyes! I was so impressed! You will be, too! My Father-in-Law passed away. Erika Bornstein, Huechi Wong and the entire office kicked into gear! They helped us win two lawsuits against these criminal, deadbeat tenants. You cannot do any better than Bornstein & Bornstein Law. Updating my review for the Bornstein team as we worked with them recently: Jonathan helped us with a multiple tenant issue quickly and without much hassle or expense. They took care of all negotiations along the way, without requiring us to put in court or other in-person appearances. When one tenant tried to pull surprise last-minute shenanigans, we just let Bornstein's office know, and they had it resolved within the hour. We are grateful for their help in navigating this process, and consider this to be a solid investment. -- We had a consult call with Jonathan Bornstein, and he was very helpful. My husband and I had a tenant issue we chatted with Mr. Bornstein about, and he was very straightforward in his advice for us. He actually advised us not to start by using his services in order to save money, and only to come back to him after exhausting other avenues. He made himself available for consultation, and took the time to research and understand our situation. We felt very comfortable working with him, and would happily work with him again!

I contacted Bornstein & Bornstein in reference to some questions in regards to a pending real estate purchase. Jonathan was very articulate, insightful and informative in regards to my questions and concerns. I felt Jonathan explained all facets of the transaction in layman terms. I would highly recommend Jonathan for legal advice related to landlord-tenant matters. He helped me deal with a tenant that was in default of her lease contract. I would gladly use his services in the future.
