Kheystone manages a Public Stable as a private enterprise and treats boarders with discrimination, uneven rules for boarders vs staff and Kheystone owned horses. Refuses to allow my horse to board at Alameda County Equestrian Center after Kheystone was paid to help buy my horse and Kheystone trained my horse and I for a year. Kheystone states reason for not allowing me to bring my horse back is that there is no Quarrantine space. There are currently 10 empty stalls and 4-5 outdoor paddocks previously used for quarrantine and no wait list for stalls. Theyve refused to respond to suggestion to move horses around to create a safe quarrantine space. Kheystone has 6-7 private horses in all the least expensive stalls, one of staff has 4 horses. Previously Kheystone gave me only 48 hours notice to take my horse to another barn unless I agreed to pay stall fee, also pay her $1,200.00/month Kheystone full training, have zero interaction with my own horse, no hand walking, no taking to pasture, no lunging after I wanted to bring my horse back after he was done with a lease program arranged by Kheystone, I had given Vijoa 30 days notice my intent to bring my horse back to Chabot. Boarders beware.
