Carolyn goes WAY about and beyond. I've spent the last 10+ years doing my own taxes without too much trouble but this year needed the help and expertise. She not only answered all of our many questions and got our taxes completed quickly, but she went way above and beyond and offered withholding advice for future years. I have had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Carolyn Sims for over 20 years. My relationship with Carolyn started many years before that as her brother Donald was preparing my tax returns. She took over once he started focusing more on the family business. Carolyn is personable, intelligent, smart and knows the tax laws. She is also very dependable. If she says she is going to call you she does. She responds to your questions in a timely manner via email or a phone call. In all the years Carolyn has prepared my tax returns, I have never been audited by the IRS. To me that speaks volume.
