Ade Auto Towing LLC

My bike was stolen, but retrieved it back from the police. Ade towing charged me $220 for a 9 mile motorcycle bike tow within Oakland at 3am In the morning. When asked about a specific rate sheet, he mentioned that it was 180 for the base tow rate for 5 miles. Pretty steep in price, but didn't have many options at the time cause every other place either didn't tow motorcycles at the time or weren't open. Took Venmo as a method of payment.

Had a very unprofessional experience with this company. Ade damaged my car during the towing, and refused to share any insurance info (as is legally required). He gave me his word that I can contact him to work through reimbursement for the damages. I called to let him know the damage he caused was going to cost me $500, and asked how we can work together to reach a resolution. He said he'll call back in 10 mins, and was never to be reachable or heard of again! So much for his "word", or taking responsibility for his actions.

We got into a car wreck a couple weeks ago, and after waiting for AAA for over an hour, their tow truck was unable to tow our car. Ade came within 20 minutes after we called, super late at night at this point,  and got us home safely!!

This guy was awesome, really professional and willing to help. Came to help out with my car troubles fast and a wThanks for helping me out with my car fast and tow it to my house for a great price. Thanks for helping me.
