I put my application in on the 11/7/23. I was told that I would get a 3/2 with balcony the day of move in 3/18/24. I was told that the apartment needed a little more work on it. On 3/19/24 I was told it was ready for move in. On 4/2/24 when I go to sign paperwork it's a totally different unit no balcony it looks smaller and it's on the fourth floor. It's just that I feel like there was no communication and you gave me an apartment without talking to me first. After you told me the apartment was ready for move in now it has water damage and not going to be ready at all not in the future. If I decide to wait for another unit I will have to submit all my paperwork over again even though I just got all my paperwork work in because she would not accept my child support document they wanted the award letter emy children plus my taxes even though they verified my job.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL FROM THEM SINCE XMAS WEEKEND. TALKED TO THEM AND THEY ALWAYS SAY ILL CALL YOU BACK AND NEVER DO!
OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT WANT TO RENT THEIR PLACES.
AND THEY EXPECTED ME TO FLY OUT FROM IN 1 DAY NOTICE TO FILL OUT APPLICATION IN PERSON????WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE???
