I do feel that it would be more advantageous if they could initially visit the location in Oakley to provide an estimate, just to ensure clear communication and understanding. Their approach to business is somewhat unique, but it works for them. Jonah and Bradley, along with their team, did an outstanding job on my carpets!

I spoke Prince who helped with scheduling and gave the information and price-he was professional, knowledgeable and had a good attitude! Noah Rodriguez is the repairman that arrived to do the carpet cleaning. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and had a fantastic attitude! I recommend this company!
