    I'd like to share my most recent experience. I actually had a huge leak which caused my bill to be more than double. I called in and the representative, Becky whom recommended that I setup leak alerts notification. I told Becky that she saved me and that I was going to spread the word in my community. Becky was very helpful, took her time to explain everything to me. She mentioned how to utilize consumption reports. Becky deserves recognition for what she's done. She did not mention the contest going on but I did go online to look at the consumption report for myself and that's when I noticed the current contest. Since I was already going to tell all my neighbors might as well try to win contest. It's pretty cool they have incentives like this to help the community save water. Another staff member reached out to me, Kait, and gave me a link to possibly correct some of the billing issues since there was a month long water leak at my house. The form was for "leak adjustment". It was noted that it's not guaranteed I'd see results/changes but I'm happy that they reached out and offered to help. Thanks again for everything Team Diablo Water District.

    Worst water company ever! Found out we had bad slab leak. Took almost a year to repair. They refused to work with us on our super high bill due to slab leak. We pay them, they shut us off. Slab leak set us back over $20,000, paying our bill down but they don't care... just shut us off 2-3 times a month. They should've warned us about alarming water usage due to. Leak. At least they making their money

    They switched systems and now if you want to pay with a credit card you are charged a fee.  If want to pay via ACH you have to sign up for Auto Pay.  I switched over to use Bill Pay with my bank and they send out a check.  It can take them over 2 weeks to deposit the check.  Their bills are confusing to read.  I will get an email saying one amount is due.  I log on to the website and it tells me something different.  I have to call every month for them to tell me my true balance due.  Unfortunately, this is the ONLY company we can use for water service.
