Very unprofessional for the employee to be uneducated on ID facts I simply provided my expired ID with my temporary unexpired ID thats on paper until the hardcopy comes in the mail and she denied me Tobacco products and simply told me their system wouldnt let her I know very well me providing both items to her it shouldve been OK so I feel the employee should be more educated on such items

Came in to get some propane and the girl at the counter was super helpful,  she was working alone on top of that pregnant,so I had to wait for her to finish up with all the customers, and when she came out she was very polite and apologized for the wait , which was maybe 3 min , it's nice to get good customer service like this , didn't get her name but thank you!

The employee was fairly new but very friendly and seemed to already know what she was doing. Good luck to her.

I just got some diesel fuel. A Hispanic gentleman who claims to work at this shell has his car parked in front of the sales store. The stereo of his car volume is on full blast. The doors are also open. The young lady who is casheiring for shell obviously to me is embarrassed by this employees action. So I asked him to turn down the sound. For his display of sound is out of order. Considering that you are representing the shell company. I refused to do so. After I pumped the fuel I went back in to purchase another $30.00 of diesel. Another young man was also in the building the worker must have known him because once I was in paying for more fuel the male employee starts making remarks to the other young man saying that I'm on his turf. Starts flipping me off with both arms swinging up and down. Check the cameras. His behavior is unacceptable.
