The models show great quality and craftsmanship. Floor plans are very well designed, my favorite is Residence 3. Sales agents, Tom and Ashton were very informative and helpful.

So signature homes is very beautiful, a lot of their standard items are upgrades of other builders and this is why I chose to buy one of their homes.
So for your new buyers you must be aware that they do not stand behind the craftsmanship when there is an issue regarding warranty they will question you on everything and try to get out of the repair. They will even tell you certain things have certain warranties for a certain amount of time, and when you Try to exercise said warranty they will change how long the warranty is for and not fix the issue so you must be prepared that after one year you are on your own and none of the warranties they say are in place are, so buyer beware.
Example after moving into my home my back window began leaking they had to come out break open an area to fix the Tyvek. They then re-patched the back area they broke open and the house look horrible as the stucco did not match. After multiple arguments and complaints they eventually broke open my stucco completely on the backside of my house and had to completely re-stucco and paint the area, trust me this was not easy and it took a lot of arguing an inconvenience.
Fast forward the area which they fixed is now cracking and gaping and the crack is at least a foot and a half or 2 feet long. You can see the inside of the crack and they said its a hairline crack. Hairline is where you can barely see it this is very noticeable, so needless to say I would avoid signature homes since they do not stand behind the craftsmanship. If you choose to buy you have been forewarned.
I forgot to add theres currently a class action lawsuit against signature for residences in the orchard development unfortunately it appears Im gonna have to add my name to the lawsuit, I did not want to but they are forcing my hand.
