The front counter had poor customer service with no condiments available, and the atmosphere was quite unclean. This experience was disappointing, and I do not plan to return.

I was supposed to pick up an order at 6:55 pm and still at 7:21 pm the order has not come out.
Turns out, they hadn't even started the order.
Every person who came in had to wait extremely long after pick up time.

Very disappointed with our medium King Arthur Supreme today. It had half the toppings it normally has, very little cheese and burnt edges. I was only able to find 2 slices of mushroom, really? I'm assuming they got my husband's name wrong because the box said Harold instead of Darrell. When we went to sign the receipt we were charged for items we didn't order so adjustments had to made. I asked for a recipe and the woman told me she couldn't give me a receipt because she had to keep it. Overall a bad experience, cold chewy pizza and not many toppings or sauce. This has always been our favorite pizza but not anymore. Going to try Mt Mikes next time. 30.00 for a medium pizza is ridiculous but then for it to be inedible is not acceptable.
