Michael Gourkani Jr and his team are the best!! We wanted a bigger house for our growing family about 3 years ago so we reached out to Mike. My husband and I were unsure how selling our current home would be and I was intimidated by the whole process. He reassured me he would take care of everything as far as getting our house ready to be put up for sale and finding our next home. I never thought we would find our dream home and be able to get it but apparently he did. The whole process was a lot but we didnt have to worry about anything because Mike and his team took care everything from painting the house to updating the inside a bit so we could list it for top dollar. We found the house we wanted and he was able to coordinate the sell of our home and the purchase our new home flawlessly. The seller was being very difficult because we were getting the house for a much lower price than it was listed but Mike took care of it all. In the end he got us into our forever home and I really cant say enough good things about how easy he made everything. I cant recommend him and his team enough they were great.
