This facility is awesome. Clean SECURE and well managed. Caretaker on site. Very affordable. We love it and have 2 spots here.

I searched a few places in the Brentwood / Oakley areas to store my Travel Trailer , I called Delta Storage in Oakley and talked to Mike . Mike gave me the rates which were very reasonable , he also mentioned that they were the new owners of the Storage Facility since May 2019 and invited me to come by and check out the yard of his available spots , so I did . Mike and Bob were great . They showed me around and the available parking spots . The place was exceptionally clean so I took a spot for my trailer and I am very happy with the new owners and the facility . I recommend Delta Storage for anyones RV, Trailer or Boat . . Whats nice is they just installed a brand new automatic entry and exit gate system which is so convienant . All the best to the new owners and keep up the good work -

This is the worse people i have ever deal with. I paid three month in advanced and only needed to stay there 5 weeks and asked for my money back and the guy Sherman who lives in a trailer home there would tell me he would send me back my money, but, never did and i called him back twice and he said he would get the check in the mail the next day. He never sent back my money. He ripped me off and said owner would laugh at me if i asked him for my money back. I reconmend for no one to do bussiness with this people. Or they will probally stiff you saying they have lack of money...
