Had a scheduled window of 3pm-7pm. The UPS delivery person came at 11:37am, when I looked at my Ring App. I was home all day but I wasn't expecting the package so early, plus the delivery person never rang the doorbell. I immediately contacted UPS through a live chat about what had happened. The customer support on the live chat mentioned that it said my package was still out for delivery because it wasn't the scheduled window yet(it was around 11:45am still). I voiced my concern that my package might be flagged as "attempted delivery" and I'd have to wait the following business day for delivery. I was assured by the representative that it wouldn't be. Sure enough at 2pm, I looked up the status of my package, it said there was an "attempt of delivery " of my package at 11:37am. I immediately did a live chat again and asked how can it be considered an "attempt of delivery " if it was before my scheduled window of delivery. All the representative said was they only do one delivery a day. This is Friday (03/01/24). Now I have to wait until Monday (03/04/24). Now I paid extra to just have my package get dropped off at a UPS store just so I can pick up my package since my new window is in the morning, which I'm at work on Monday.

Driver lies and states he comes to my apartment and does not come. I work from home and I can see if he comes or not and send all my packages to a local UPS without notifying me. And no one can help me. Ive spoke to Managers and customer service. Im writing a letter to corporate. Its been happening for a year. Im so sick of this.

I have a package being delivered by UPS, shipped on 10th Dec goes from Ohio to San Pablo then to Oakland then to Oakley back to processing at Oakley then Out for delivery arriving a day earlier from Oakley then back to processing at Oakley and no updates since the 15th. Ridiculous, I called UPS and just the complete lack of concern then said its the holiday rush delivery, thats why. I said no, I ordered my package before the rush and it shouldve been here by the 15th arriving a day early per the UPS tracking only to be update back to processing and date to be updated on 15th and nothing since. He said oh. Well you can try calling us again in 10 days if you still haven't received your item. Thanks have a good day and he hung up on me. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Very unprofessional and bad business. I understand the holidays but when you dont update the people in the APP theyre following their package or have proper people communication skills and trained properly for the job, very bad business.
