        Jason & Jaydin were great when we had storage at their location! Always helpful, always pleasant and cheerful and LOVE the seasonal decorations they put up - certainly brought a smile to our faces each time we needed to pay a visit to our unit! We have moved out of the area now and we will miss the excellent customer service provided us as well as the safe and well-maintained property. We have nothing but praise and appreciation for you, Jason and Jaydin! Dave and Kiki

        Jason is a very good conversationalist and very accommodating. He made my move in easy. I just wish theres always somebody in the frontline so it would always be an awesome experience all the way. But overall, its a good experience moving our stuffs in here.

        The father and daughter team at this place are the bomb in customer service and personality plus. They make me feel safe and secure and always keep me abreast if I forget to lock my gate. They are kind and sweet natured. Wonderful people, indeed. You can not go wrong storing your items with them. They do care. I equate their customer service to Disney. Best storage facility on this side of the bay.

      Hey Crystal! We are glad we were up to your standards! Although keeping the facility clean should be at LEAST a bare minimum for properties we know you the tenants deserve more than the bare minimum! By keeping it secure and safe by adding cameras almost every other week to keeping it festive by changing our decorations every Holiday/Season we value long term tenants such as yourself and thank you for the review!
