        I absolutely give 5-STARS to Javiar, Hudson, and Luke - the three Budget-Oceanside CA location employees who helped me last week when I ran into difficulty with a car I rented from Budgets San Diego Airport location. This trio of guys listened, responded appropriately, and helped me truly enjoy my vacation, in spite of a rough start. The only reason I did not give my review a 5-Star ranking was that I spent over 4 hours of my CA vacation on the phone trying to resolve a Budget billing issue. The Corporate Customer Service Department was VERY hard to reach, dismissive, and basically worthless.

        This place is dysfunctional and the manager is awful. They had a huge issue with our credit card because it was over the phone and lied to us about our insurance not covering the vehicle in order for us to use theirs. (I verified this with my insurance USAA who most def covers). The man who was supposed to open the store was 20 minutes late. Just problem after problem. No good and sketchy trucks.
