Customer service is atrocious. Had an appointment at the benefit brow bar and was 5 mins late. After waiting 10 mins for someone to find the girl she said she cant take me because I was late. Didnt try to work with me and had an attitude. You lost a customer. Congratulations!

I waited to leave this review to see if I would change how I feel about my haircut. I didn't. It has been a year since my haircut and still, still, still every time I look in the mirror, I HATE my hair! I do not feel beautiful at all. And it has been this way for over a year now. That's 365 days of looking in the mirror and wanting to cry every time I look at myself - not to mention the comments, "Girl, what did they do to your hair?", "Oh no! Your hair!", "Why did they cut your hair like that?" - And the list goes on and on. I use to go to Ulta on the regular for my haircut off and on and have for years - not anymore. They have lost me as a customer for life. And I hate that because I use to brag about the lady who cut my hair. Not only did she not give me what I asked for, last time I went, but she left it such a butchered mess that when I've gone to other places to see if they can fix it, all they tell me is to try to grow it out - which is what I've been trying to do FOR A YEAR! A years worth of growth and it's still not where it needs to be. Maybe the employees need to be concentrating on fixing hair rather than showing the customers inappropriate and embarrassing videos that shouldn't be shown at work, especially to the customer- it embarrassed me to death! I'm not going to give you the lady's name because everyone deserves their job but management needs to be more vigilant of their employees. I had been a loyal customer off and on for years, I didn't deserve what butcher job y'all did to me or the sadness it has brought me every time I look at myself in the mirror - I have been nothing but kind to you. I didnt deserve this! Sadly, you have lost me as a customer for life.
