First the details of what you want are addressed then the design and layout are presented. Wonderful attention to details are what there all about. We were very satisfied with the end result. Our beloved family member passed and we wanted her urn engraved. They did a wonderful job and in no time flat. There prices really can't be better. I highly recommend them to everyone. Two thumbs up.
