        called and they said to come in but when i pulled up the mechanic was mad rude and I asked if I could stay in the car bc I have my dog w me and he replied this is not jiffy lube okay well its pep boys, youre an oil change mechanic. And you got no Pep, my boy.

        Bad service Bad assessory I brought my car to do the respective balancing of the four wheels and then they return my car to me without doing anything to it that it really needs four new tires I admit that only the two back ones are needed and they returned it to me with 3 broken screws in one of the wheels and they go and give me the car without further ado with the screws missing test, they are irresponsible in that they give me my car and make me leave without offering solutions, what a bad company, there are already 3 bad services that I have with Pep boys definitely the worst
