        Robert Arroyo, what can be said about this employee? He's rude, smug and should have nothing to do with the customer service industry. Just because he is a teller on the top floor of his building. Well, third floor ain't $hit and neither are you. Treat people with respect and maybe it won't drag down the company you work at because you sure aren't working for them.
