We used classic kitchen for our master and guest bathroom remodel. We were very impressed by the quality of work and the customer service that Classic Kitchern's offered. Earnesto the project manager communicated effectively and paid attention to every detail so that we were more than pleased with the results! Overall two thumbs up.

Called for a quote - we're planning multiple renovations, including all new floors, bathrooms and kitchen remodeling. I asked about implementing a design I made on IKEA and the girl shut me down, spent a lot of time telling me why they couldn't work with IKEA, and completely got distracted from the whole project.

In 2019, we renovated the exterior of our 1977 tract home. Last year we decided to redo the interior. Even though I have 40 years of construction management experience and ran the exterior remodel myself, I didn't do residential work and needed to find a contractor to do it. After checking out several contractors and not being comfortable with them we met with Jay at his showroom. We had a good idea of what we wanted but had not selected all the colors or materials. We went to his showroom which has a huge selection of everything that you need to renovate your home and at various price points. We then made an appointment with Jay and went home and looked through the brochures we were given. The meeting went fine and working with Jay was easy. He helped us with material selections and Enrique put together estimates for what we wanted; complete renovation of both bathrooms, the master vanity, removal of all flooring and replacing with vinyl plank flooring throughout the house except for tile in the bathrooms, vanity and master bedroom closet. We removed the fluorescent light box and task light in the kitchen, drywalled over it and added 8 LED recessed can lights. Other than that, paint and flooring, we kept the kitchen as is. We also replaced the linen cabinets, china hutch, wall base and paint. The contract was signed in early January and work began on March 20th (lead time to get the cabinets and all materials prior to start of the work.) That gave us enough time to pack up the house and move as much as we could into the garage. Throughout construction, we had to move some things in the house and the construction crew helped us as required. (I never slept outside of my bed although my wife had to sleep in the guestroom with the dogs until the master bathroom work was completed.) The key was to do the master bathroom, vanity and closet first as we lived in the house and needed access to a working bathroom. As they were working on the second bathroom, they started removing flooring and installing the balance of the cabinets and started painting. Ernesto, their field superintendent worked with me on the schedule and quality control. The field employees were skilled in their trades and made the project shine! After nine weeks of construction everything was complete. All in all, we were very pleased with the quality of the materials used and the quality and care exhibited by the field crews.

In early 2022, we decided to remodel our outdated kitchen as well as our living room. In the process, we interviewed several contractors and eventually decided to go with Classic Kitchens Etc. From the first meeting with Jay, we never felt pressured, he listened to our plans and wishlist, and with his eye for design and expertise, he helped merge all of our ideas into a digital rendering of how the remodel would look like, before construction started. Once the construction started, Ernesto (superintendent), kept us informed of what was planned for each week and was on top of all the tradespeople that were on site. Midway through the construction, we decided on some additional changes, which Jay and Ernesto, did not hesitate to discuss and make happen. In the end, Classic Kitchens Etc., remodeled our entire kitchen and living room, which included raising an 8 foot ceiling to a 12 foot vaulted ceiling (including a 25 foot steel support beam, custom build on site), eliminating interior walls, relocating exterior windows, removing exterior doors, installing sliding doors and stucco and masonry work. Jay and Ernesto were very accommodating and understanding with any changes that we requested on such a project. We couldnt be happier with the dream kitchen that Classic Kitchens Etc created. All of the employees, were very respectful, took pride in their craft, always kept an organized worksite, and it was evident that they were proud to represent Classic Kitchens Etc.
