Horrible. The wait is at least 45 minutes to speak to a receptionist on the phone and the doctor is at least 45 minutes late to all my scheduled visits. After several appointments to address a worsening recurrent condition, the doctor insists that all I need is ibuprofen and refuses to refer me to a specialist. I'd never come back here and never recommend the place. They are financially incentivized to have patients keep visiting over and over, not to resolve issues.

I first went to holt blvd but was sent here by appointment and was deny I was already out of meds for two weeks, was given another appointment to Archibald Ontario, I didn't see any medical professional in Sultana.

If zero could be a rating I would definitely give it to them this office should be shut down very disrespectful and the front desk don't have a clue what they are doing they need to be fired they sit and lie about the smallest things so they will not have to do there job

Poor customer service. My Medications were not sent to the Pharmacy, when you try to call them, you will be placed on a loooooonnnnggg wait, more than 1 hour! Do not go to this place! Providers are obviously new graduates and inexperienced, Avoid at all cost or you will regret!
