Wait time are ridiculously. They always schedule me and their Hygienist isn't even there. I get to Waite an hour and a half for them to look at my teeth and have to schedule another appointment. Second time now.

Exceptional experience at Dentist of Ontario ranch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The Dr. was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all of my concerns. The dental hygienist was gentle and thorough during my cleaning. The office used new state-of-the-art equipment, which made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this Dentist for anyone in need of top-notch dental care. Thank you to the entire team for providing such outstanding service and helping me with my dental fears!

There are really no appointments, had an appointment for 8:00 am arrived at 7:45am and didnt get seen until 9:30 am. Then they said that there wasnt time to get a cleaning which was the point of the cleaning. Came back 2 weeks later for what was supposed to be a same day thing but ended up being another two weeks wait. The doctor was great for the root canal but just poor overall communication with the office. It would be akin to a restaurant with great chefs but horrible service that would put you off to coming back. I understand that its a business and they are trying to make money and they know that its hard to change primary locations so I guess beggars cant be choosers but if you have the option I would definitely recommend going to another office for your dental work. Dont not lose your hard earned money and especially time on a facility with this quality.
