Horrible destroyed 300 worth of clothes do not take your clothes here the young asian guy. And older man did this on purpose I specifically told them how to handle do not hang my shirts by the neck which they did and stretched. All the items i brought in were brand new only worn once everything came back extremely faded and smelly like.burnt chemicals lint and hair particles all over my polo hoodie which cost 100 which was brand new aswell came back old worn and destroyed. I will be bringing a civil case against these hateful unprofessional people they did this to the wrong person.

I don't even want to give them a star. So disappointed. I brought 2 pairs of shorts, and three white button up shirts brand new with tags on from  Zara to just be pressed. When I picked it up right away I saw that one of the shirts was turned yellow. I politely pointed it out to him. The owner became volatile right away super defensive and was accusing me of bringing the shirt in already yellow. He kept yelling at me we didn't wash we just pressed it. I explained to him that it was a brand new shirt and the exact same shirt as the other ones I brought, I said it clearly was burned during the steaming, they even removed the tag from that one shirt trying to make it look like I brought it like that. He did not offer to refund me for the service or even for the shirt. To top it off all the other clothes are super wrinkled and looks awful. I do not recommend them at all, super rude, awful customer service and it's super dirty inside.
