Darras Law, was the best choice I have made in a number of years. I had paid into short and long term disability plans via my employers insurance plans all my life. Thinking it would be as simple as a phone call to the insurance company to receive the mentioned benefits. Unexpectedly I became disabled in 2018, due to a deteriorating back condition. Contacted the insurance company , after being given the run around for approximately 6 months was informed my disability claim was denied. Researched attorneys close to my location, decided to call Darras Law. Within a few weeks of first phone call ,was notified that the insurance company was reversing their stance, and would be remitting monthly payments after all.
