Best Western Ontario Mills Mall

Im glad they changed the name because when I think of best western I would imagine this kind of hotel and staff. Im first greeted by a woman whose entire breasts are on display at the front desk at 7am while I was trying to eat breakfast. The room had multiple issues and the only answer I was given during my stay is that maintenance was never there to fix the issue. It was a sorry about that and thats it. So cross your fingers for a decent room. The homeless population around this hotel is incredibly nerve wracking as they dont seem to mind having random people walking around in and out of the hotel and around peoples cars. Id give 0 stars if possible. If youre going to spend $200+ a night plus deposit just save yourself the drama and get an air b n b or at least a hotel that doesnt have the most rude unprofessional staff ever. The managers werent there any time I asked during my stay either just FYI so good luck!

If you stay mutable nights keep an eye on your room rates thier sneaky about over charging you, when I called to get help and explanations mutable times I never received a call back...

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. They do have shuttle service to the airport. It was a great location, easy to get to the freeway. Safety: The area seemed safe. There are plenty of lights in the parking lot. They do have a security guard walking the premises. But there are signs saying they are not responsible for your valuables in your car. We did see a few homeless in the area.
