Terrible service. I went in on Friday to drop off a pump that needed to be rebuilt. I expressed the urgency, and was told I could pay expedited services. Well the rest of Friday went by, Monday came and went and I decided to call Tuesday again, only for Mike to tell me he needed to order parts. I am a very fair person so I get it if you are behind and need to get your numbers straight, but come on...why charge an "expedited" fee when I have to chase you around for an update days later just to find out you still have to order parts and maybe it'll be done Friday. So I decided to pick up my pump and they still charged me $200 for telling me they have to order parts from different warehouses. Obviously you had to order parts! I paid for expedited services on rebuilding it, not for you to tell me the obvious. Also, give a realistic expectation next time you take something in for repair so that your customer decides if it's worth waiting. I just took my business elsewhere and bought a new pump. These people here didn't even provide me with that option and lost a company that would of came back. We purchase many pumps for our business, but I will not be coming back.

If you are in need of assistance in figuring out any pump or pumping problem, these men and women here at Pumping Solutions need to be your first call. I needed help repairing some old Wilden pumps. Gave these guys a call and they sent out a rep, we'll call him Daryl. Daryl is very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He came the next day and viewed our problems, made observations of the plant and gave us great solutions for our needs and continued to assist me with many phone calls and emails for several months. I must admit I became friends with Mr. Daryl, enjoyed talking with him and was educated by his expertise. I would recommend Pumping Solutions to anyone that needs advice or wants to purchase pumps. I dropped a few grand with them, a great investment in my company. Thank you PS and Daryl. You helped me more that you will know.
